Privacy Policy

Stellar Abyss: Idle Orbit · Vitalii Krutko · Effective September 25, 2026

This policy explains how the Stellar Abyss: Idle Orbit mobile game handles information. The game is intended for players aged 13 and older. It is not designed for children under 13. If you believe a younger child is using the game, contact us at vitaliiinm@gmail.com.

Local game data

Progress, equipment, settings, and a broad age range are stored on the device using Unity PlayerPrefs. The age range is used locally to control access and privacy settings; we do not ask for a birth date. The current build does not require a game account or upload saved progress to our own server. Removing the app or clearing its data may erase local progress.

Optional game analytics

Firebase Analytics is disabled by default and is available only after an adult age range is selected. Adult players can turn it on or off at any time in Settings → Data & Ads. It remains off for players under 18. When enabled, it records game events such as entering a sector, pilot level changes, boss defeats, ship purchases with in-game credits, equipment upgrades, and rewarded-ad booster use. These events describe gameplay, not the player's name or message content. Firebase may also process device and app information as described in Google's partner data policy. Turning analytics off stops further event collection and resets local Firebase Analytics data. We do not use Analytics data for ad personalization in this build.

Optional rewarded advertising

Google AdMob supplies optional rewarded ads. An ad is displayed only after you select an ad reward in the game. The game checks applicable privacy settings through Google's User Messaging Platform before requesting ads. Google may process device identifiers, IP address, diagnostics, and ad interaction data to provide, measure, and protect its advertising service. See Google's partner data policy. Ad requests use child age treatment for players aged 13–17 and teen treatment for adults, with G-rated ad content. The Android app removes the advertising ID permission, so its advertising ID is unavailable to the SDK. The game grants a booster only after the advertising SDK confirms a reward. You can play without watching ads.

Where required, Settings → Data & Ads → Ad Privacy Choices opens Google's privacy options form. This option appears when Google indicates that it is required for the player.

Sharing, retention, and rights

We share data with Firebase and AdMob only for the purposes described above. Their processing and retention follow their own policies and the settings of our accounts. We do not sell player progress or operate a player-data marketplace. You can disable optional analytics in the game. For questions or requests about data, contact vitaliiinm@gmail.com. Applicable privacy rights vary by location.

Changes

We may update this policy as the game and its services change. The effective date above shows when this version began to apply.
